Changing Disasters represented at the Network Meeting of the UCPH’s Excellence Programme for Interdisciplinary Research (the UCPH’s 2016 funds)

Assistant Professor Kristian Lauta was a speaker at the second Network Meeting at the Carlsberg Academy.

Prorector for Research and Innovation Thomas Bjørnholm opened the meeting with a presentation on mid-term evaluation and embedment of the 2016 projects. His speech was followed by a section on Horizon 2020.

Kristian Lauta presented Changing Disasters in a section devoted to promoting ideas, results and lessons learned from the 2016 projects. Kristian Lauta focused on the interdisciplinary nature of Changing Disasters, the challenges involved in interdisciplinarity and how they have been dealt with in the project.

The 2016-projects Living with Statins – High Cholesterol values in the blood: A Social, Medical and Personal Perspective and The Genomic History of Denmark were also presented at the network meeting.
